SPARES

We are the manufacturer of Piston Rings, Engine Valves, Liner etc for Diesel Engine and Compressors and other Spare Parts from drawings and samples.

INDUSTRIAL FANS

Manufacturing & Repairing of ID, FD & Axial Fans For Industrial & Mine Ventilation.

HYDEL POWER STATION

Complete overhauling of Hydel Power Plants done including Rebuilding, machining & Dynamic Balancing of Runner. Manufacturing/ Relining of Guide Bearings, Thrust Pads are also done. Guide Vanes are also repaired.

H.T & L.T MOTORS & ALTERNATORS

Authorized repairer of Marathon Electric Motors (India) Limited (former ALSTHOM LIMITED) for all types of Rotating Electrical Machines.

LARGE CRANKSHAFT/SHAFT/ROLL GRINDING

Our Schmaltz German Crankshaft Grinding Machine grinds Crankshafts/Rolls upto 8.6 Meter in length and 10 tonnes job weight.

BEARINGS BY CENTRIFUGAL CASTINGS

All types of Bi-metal and thick shell Tri-metal Bearings are relined and also manufactured as per International Standard. Bearings for Gas and Steam Turbines are also manufactured. White metal bearing by Centrifugal Casting upto – 1 Meter dia X 5 MT wt.

DYNAMIC BALANCING

Dynamic Balancing upto 10 MT Job Wt are done at our works.

WELDING

We carry out specialized Welding such as Powder Spraying, MIG/MAG and TIG welding by latest German machines.

TURBOCHARGER

Diesel Engine Turbochargers are repaired/ overhauled at our works including Dynamic Balancing.

MACHINE SHOP

Our Machine Shops are fully equipped with Countries Largest Imported Crankshaft Grinding Machine, Horizontal & vertical boring machines, Heavy Duty Lathes, Shaping Machine, Milling, Radial Drilling , Line Boring, Hydraulic Press etc.

NON DESTRUCTIVE TESTS

Such as Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle and Electronic Hardness Testing, Thickness Gauging are also carried out by inspectors certified ASNT Level II.

INSPECTION

Regularly carried out by Surveyors of Classification Societies such as Lloyds, IRS, etc and also by independent Surveyors at our works.

SERVICING

Our Team of trained Technicians under the supervision of Senior Engineers are available for erection and overhauling of Diesel, Hydel and Gas Turbine Power Plants.
